1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services, info products, or goods offered by GreenMaxNow, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or scheduling a service.

2. Services

GreenMaxNow provides eco-friendly home and lifestyle solutions, including installation, consultation, and maintenance of solar panels, water-saving systems, energy-efficient fixtures, and related sustainable products.

2.1 Scheduling and Cancellation

Service bookings must be scheduled via our platform. You may cancel or request a schedule change at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you cancel within this timeframe, we will reschedule at no additional cost or issue a full reimbursement as described below. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or in the event of a missed appointment, no reimbursement will be provided due to commitment of materials and personnel.

3. Info Products

Our digital guidance materials and online courses on sustainable living are available for individual purchase. These info products offer step-by-step instructions, video tutorials, and printable resources.

3.1 Access and Use

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the content. Use is limited to personal, noncommercial purposes. Redistribution or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Goods

GreenMaxNow offers eco-friendly goods such as compost bins, reusable kitchenware, energy-saving devices, and other sustainable home products.

4.1 Inspection and Acceptance

Please inspect goods upon delivery. If items arrive damaged or with missing components, notify us within 7 days for assistance.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer tailored refund options for each category of our offerings.

5.1 Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, we will issue a refund in full to the original payment channel within 14 days. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the service one time at no extra fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior, or no-shows, are not eligible for reimbursement due to commitment of resources.

5.2 Info Products

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of gaining access. If less than 20% of the content has been accessed, we will approve the refund and process it within 7 days to the original payment channel.

5.3 Goods

Refund requests for goods may be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once we receive and verify the item, we will issue the refund within 10 days to the original payment channel. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us, unless the item is defective.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website, with the Effective Date updated accordingly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
